    Roasted Butternut Squash

    Pre-heat oven to 400

    cut squash into medium sized chunks
    in a bowl combine one-third cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon lemon pepper, mix and pour evenly over squash
    shake the squash around so its coated and bake for 35 mintues

    YUM.
